About me
I am a passionate and proactive professional who recently transitioned into the wellness industry as a Pilates Instructor. Coming from a background in high-performance finance, I offer a unique blend of discipline, client-focused service, and attention to detail, which now deeply enrich my Pilates teaching.
My passion for wellness extends beyond movement. I am deeply committed to promoting holistic health, including skin care, women’s health, and the empowering feeling of building strength from within. I believe that true well-being is about balance — feeling strong, confident, and connected both physically and mentally. I bring structure and clarity into my sessions, while always creating a supportive, welcoming space for clients of all backgrounds and abilities.
My goal as an instructor is to make Pilates accessible, inclusive, and impactful. By blending classical principles with a warm, encouraging approach, I aim to help clients feel not only stronger and more aligned, but truly supported in every step of their wellness journey.
